Focus on reducing violent juvenile crime.
Kaufman County has seen a disturbing increase in violent juvenile crime including murder and assault with deadly weapons. To protect our schools and communities, Joseph will look at all possible legal solutions to ending this epidemic. These options include tough sentencing and rehabilitating youth that need the guidance currently missing in their family structure.
